Implementation Specialist

SCRIP-SAFE® International, located in the Cincinnati area, is currently seeking an onsite full-time Implementation Specialist to coordinate and manage new and existing customer accounts within our Web based applications.  Implementation Specialists are responsible for managing the technical installation process, developing a strong working relationship with the customer, making a final determination of installation methods, completing custom configurations, testing, and providing subsequent customer support.

Implementation Specialists spend the majority of their time in the post-sales process of guiding the technical implementation of our web-based applications.  In addition, the Implementation Specialists support our current customers' technical support needs.

We are seeking a dynamic individual with the following education, experience and skills:

·         Minimum Education - two-year college degree in a technical discipline

·         Minimum two years experience in a technical support role

·         Cross platform experience with Windows & UNIX operating systems, particularly command line experience.  Must be able to work daily within OS X.

·         Demonstrated knowledge of secure file transfer protocols (SCP, SFTP)

·         Demonstrated knowledge of networking and web technologies

·         Knowledge of network & Internet printing protocols

·         Experience with systems integrations, customizations, and delivery

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Excellent analytical skills.

·         High level of organizational skills

·         Experience working in a higher education environment is a plus
