Corporate Document Security Paper

Confidential Paper^® and Global Document Protection^® (GDP) is a suite of tested security features that provide a high decree of document security.  Because no single security feature is fool-proof, SCRIP-SAFE^® incorporates a number of features that combine to effectively thwart attempts to photocopy or alter vital documents without detection.  SCRIP-SAFE^® International offers a number of reasonably priced document security solutions.

Global Watermark Protection^® for Document Security:
Because scanning and photocopying technologies are increasingly sophisticated, each sheet of Confidential Paper^® incorporates a genuine watermark that cannot be scanned or photocopied.  Verification is simple: When held toward a light source, translucent globes appear over the entire document and viewed from either side of the document. 

Standard Latent Image for Document Security:
The standard latent image is “COPY/VOID” and only appears when photocopied.   Verification is simple: If the latent image does not appear on a variety of photocopy machine settings, the document is not an original. 

Custom Latent Image for Document Security:
Inexpensive generic latent image security papers are readily available via the web.  These inexpensive imitations offer a variety of paper colors and the traditional latent warning words, COPY/VOID etc.  Confidential Paper^® offers a prudent solution by creating a unique corporate fingerprint.  In addition to the COPY/VOID warning, the unique corporate fingerprint adds the name of the company on alternate rows.  Verification is simple: When photocopied, both the COPY/VOID warning words and the name of the company MUST appear.

Chemical Reactive Paper for Document Security:
Confidential Paper^® is chemically reactive and includes fibers that fluoresce when viewed with UV lighting and stain when touched by fresh liquid bleach.

Custom Design:
Confidential Paper^® allows each customer to design a customized form and select those security features appropriate for particular situations.  Uses for Confidential Paper^® include medical prescription pads, legal agreements, insurance documents, titles, death certificates, bills of sale, property appraisals, etc.

Other Document Security Features:

Documents may be serially numbered, bar coded and foil stamped to provide easy document tracking and accountability.
