Printing diplomas has never been easier.  Diplomas on Demand^® desktop software allows diploma printing after the number of graduates and the number of diplomas are determined. There is no waste and no need to return unused diplomas. Custom decorated diploma papers that match the current institutional diploma are available from SCRIP-SAFE^®.

Durable Paper and Foils: SCRIP-SAFE^® diploma papers and foils withstand the heat and pressure present during laser printing.  These are critical factors during in the desktop diploma printing process.  Successful desktop diploma printing depends on the use of decorated diploma paper that is NOT susceptible curling, melting and flattening during the laser printing process. 

Diploma Paper Options
Custom printed diploma paper is provided by SCRIP-SAFE^® for use with the Diplomas on Demand^® software. While heavier diploma paper may “feel” better, it may not go through your printer without jamming. Standard diploma paperweights for desktop printing are 80, 90, and 100-pound text. These paperweights will work with all printers and can be fed through the standard paper tray. The heavier 65-pound diploma papers may require manual feeding or require a laser printer with a straight feed path.

Diploma paper colors are subjective and often tied to tradition. While the most popular diploma paper colors are Ivory or Old White, other papers may produce a more dramatic effect. Achieving a maximum contrast between the paper and the foil seal should be an aesthetic priority. Gold foil and Ivory paper complement rather than contrast. SCRIP-SAFE^® maintains a selection of suitable archival quality papers for your choice.  Diploma papers are acid free.
