Electronic Transcripts are PDF documents and require use of appropriate software such as the free copy of Adobe Reader® (7.0 or higher) to read.
I successfully retrieved the document, but DID NOT save it on my desktop. Can I retrieve the document again from the Web site? Answer…Hide…
Electronic Transcripts are available on the eSCRIP-SAFE™ Web site for 24 hours after initial viewing. After 24 hours the transcript is deleted from the system and will not be available. The 24 hour clock does not begin until the transcript is first viewed.
How do I know the electronic transcript is valid? Answer…Hide…
First, each institution sending transcripts appoints eSCRIP-SAFE™ as an authorized delivery agent. Second, only institutions vetted and approved by SCRIP-SAFE® are allowed to participate in the eSS delivery network. Further, all participating high schools and colleges must be accredited. Finally, while the transcript remains within the trusted network, there is an inherent guarantee that the transcript is original and unaltered. If the PDF transcript is electronically saved outside of the trusted network, a unique eSCRIP-SAFE™ service called DOC-SAFE Security™ enables immediate on-line verification. Bottom Line: The eSCRIP-SAFE™ transcript sent is the transcript you received!
