SCRIP-SAFE® introduces new feature, Auto Send™ to eSCRIP-SAFE®.

Cincinnati, Ohio - SCRIP-SAFE® is pleased to announce the implementation of a significant update to eSCRIP-SAFE®, the global electronic transcript delivery network. Auto Send™ improves the efficiency of the institution’s transcript staff by eliminating the need to sign in to eSCRIP-SAFE and manually address transcripts.

Jim Wager, Vice President and CIO stated that, “Auto Send™ is another in our ongoing efforts to listen to our customer’s needs and provide them with real-time solutions. eSCRIP-SAFE’s strength comes from our customer and colleague input and our ability to quickly translate improvements into working solutions in an efficient and effective manner.”

Auto Send™ requires the sending school to provide the recipient address as either an SCRIP-SAFE® supplied in-network address or an out-of network address (email address of recipient) on the transcript. The software does the rest, interpreting the address and automatically delivering the transcript to the intended recipient.

This new feature is available to all existing and future customers who use a connection method other than the Browser Plug-in or the WEB API which already mimic this function. Existing sending institutions desiring the addition of this feature should contact their respective Account Manager while institutions wanting to learn more about eSCRIP-SAFE® should contact Mindy Starcher, mstarcher@scrip-safe.com or Carol Nobles, cnobles@scrip-safe.com or call them  at 1-800-736-7789.
