SCRIP-SAFE® International is pleased to announce that Angela Todd is moving from her Customer Service Specialist position within SCRIP-SAFE® to become an Account Manager in eSCRIP-SAFE®. Angela replaces Courtney Viox and will assume her responsibilities.
In making the move, Anne Thatcher, Vice President of Operations stated, “We are indeed fortunate to have someone of Angela’s capability already working within the company who we could move into this very important position. SCRIP-SAFE® takes great pride in providing exceptional customer service to paper and diploma customers as well as our new electronic transcript customers. Angela’s knowledge of the company insures a smooth transition for all the accounts presently managed by Ms. Viox.”
Angela possesses the experience, personality and the skills that SCRIP-SAFE® looks for in all our Account Managers. In her new position, she serves as Account Manager for a select group of eSCRIP-SAFE® sending and receiving accounts; coordinates with the Registrar’s Office staff to ensure that the installation of eSCRIP-SAFE® is a positive experience; manages the eSCRIP-SAFE® Network Member Report and assists with customer inquiries.
