OneTime™ Service now available

Joseph Orndorff, CEO and President of SCRIP-SAFE® International Inc. announced today the release of OneTime, a revolutionary expansion of eSCRIP-SAFE™, the Global Electronic Transcript Delivery Network. OneTime enables colleges and universities transmitting transcripts through eSCRIP-SAFE™ to now send transcripts securely outside the network to designated third parties.

In making this release, Orndorff commented, “There is a need by colleges and universities to accelerate the delivery of transcripts to individuals. Over 50% of all transcripts produced are for third party use. These documents still require the traditional use of paper transcripts delivered through US Postal or other third party mail services. This traditional method does not insure timely (instantaneous) and secure transcript delivery nor does it provide real-time verification of delivery to the recipient. OneTime is the first process to economically meet these needs.”

“College and university registrars have the fundamental requirement of delivering official transcripts to two categories of recipients - other schools and institutions and a wide range of individuals including the student, current employers, scholarship organizations, graduate schools, and potential employers just to name a few. The addition of OneTime to eSCRIP-SAFE™ provides a seamless total solution.”

Bobby R “Butch” Stokes, University Registrar, Mississippi State University and a BETA user of OneTime states, “With the introduction of the OneTime feature of eSCRIP-SAFE™ the Registrar’s office is now positioned to serve all of our authorized transcript recipients electronically. Students are thrilled with our ability to immediately deliver their transcripts, recipients are pleased with their elimination of paper, and we are operating much more efficiently.”
