Diplomas on Demand^® provides a convenient and inexpensive way to print diplomas in your office. The following minimum hardware specifications are necessary to achieve maximum performance from this system:

Computer (Minimum requirements): With our new web-based application Diplomas on Demand^® is now compatible with both Mac's and PC's.  All that is needed is a web browser (Internet Explorer is recommended)

Laser Printer or High Quality Ink Jet Printer 

• Minimum print capability of 1200 X 1200 dpi (dots per inch). 
• Straight path feeding for heavier weight diploma papers. 
• HP, Lexmark, Xerox, etc. are all excellent choices.  Speak with our sales representatives for an updated recommendation (printer models are everchanging).
• Oversized diploma printing requires a printer that offers a 14 X 11 (or more) print option.

Diploma Paper Options: Custom printed diploma stock is provided by SCRIP-SAFE^® for use with the Diplomas on Demand^® software.
