System Requirements

Diplomas on Demand^® desktop software provides a convenient and inexpensive way to print diplomas in your office. The following minimum hardware specifications are necessary to achieve maximum performance from this system:

Computer (Minimum requirements) 

• Pentium III processor with at least 100MB of RAM.
• MS Access 2000
• Ability to import data from Excel or CSV file.
• Hard drive with at least 100 MB of free space.
• Microsoft Windows 2000, NT, XP, or Vista operating system.
• CD-ROM

Diplomas on Demand^® software is sold as a non-network version. The software may be networked, but our ability to provide support is reduced due to unique institutional network configurations.

Laser Printer or High Quality Ink Jet Printer

• Windows compatible laser printer with at least 16MB of RAM.
• Minimum print capability of 1200 X 1200 dpi (dots per inch).
• Straight path feeding for heavier weight diploma papers.
• HP, Lexmark, Xerox, Xante, etc. are all excellent choices.
• Oversized diploma printing requires a printer that offers a 14 X 11 (or more) print option.
